Passport Agency Services now available at the library.

The Brewer Public Library is certified as a U.S. Passport acceptance agency. The library will process applications:
Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. & Saturday by appointment only.

PASSPORTS

Applicants must have a completed application (except for signature) done in black ink and must also submit a birth certificate with a raised seal, a current photo ID such as a driver’s license and two passport pictures. The fees for passport application are $110.00 (age 16 and older) plus $25.00 execution fee. Under age 16 is $80.00 plus the $25.00 execution fee.

PASSPORT CARDS

Applicants must have a completed application (except for signature) done in black ink and must also submit a birth certificate with a raised seal, a current photo ID such as a driver’s license and two passport pictures. The fees for passport card application are $30.00 (age 16 and older) plus $25.00 execution fee. Under age 16 is $15.00 plus the $25.00 execution fee. Payment is by check or money order only.

Fees to the U.S. Dept. of State for passports and passport cards must be paid by check or money order. We are not able to accept cash, credit or debit cards for these fees. The agent fee to the Brewer Public Library may be paid in check or cash .
